Perth Priority Removals Reporting
An internal reporting application used by Perth Priority Removals to monitor and improve its own website performance.
This application is for authorised Perth Priority Removals administrators. It is not a customer booking service and does not provide public access to business reports.
What the application does
The application connects a business-controlled Google account to the private HQ reporting dashboard. It combines website search and analytics data into operational dashboards, indexing checks and downloadable reports.
- Reads Google Search Console performance and URL inspection data for the Perth Priority Removals website.
- Reads aggregate Google Analytics 4 website metrics, including pages, sessions, engagement, traffic channels and conversion event counts.
- Creates and manages application-generated CSV, XLSX and Google Sheets reports in Google Drive.
- Uses the connected account email to confirm that the correct business account has been authorised.
Google permissions
The application requests only the permissions used by its reporting workflow:
Search Console and Analytics
Read-only access to site performance, indexing and aggregate analytics data. The application cannot change Search Console or Analytics settings.
Google Drive
Per-file access for files and folders created by the application or otherwise made available to it. The application does not request unrestricted access to all Drive content.
Account identity
Basic profile information and email address so the application can identify and validate the connected business account. The application does not access Gmail or any email message contents.
Administrator control
Authorised administrators can disconnect the integration from the HQ dashboard and can revoke access through their Google Account.
Who can use it
Reporting features require authentication and are limited to approved Perth Priority Removals administrators. This public page explains the application before a user is asked to sign in or grant Google permissions.
