Perth Priority Removals Reporting
Privacy Policy
How the reporting application accesses, uses and protects Google user data.
Effective date: 19 August 2026
Application: Perth Priority Removals Reporting
Operator: Perth Priority Removals, ABN 20 187 439 153
Contact: perthpriorityremovals@gmail.com | 0449 987 350
1. Scope
This policy applies to Google user data handled by Perth Priority Removals Reporting. The application is an internal tool used by authorised Perth Priority Removals administrators to monitor the business website and produce reports.
The broader website terms are available in our Terms of Service. General customer form information is described there separately.
2. Google data the application accesses
- Google account identity: the connected account email and basic profile information available through OpenID. The email is recorded to identify the connection and confirm that the correct business account has been authorised.
- Google Search Console: read-only search performance data such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, plus URL inspection and indexing results for the authorised site.
- Google Analytics 4: read-only aggregate website metrics such as page paths, active users, sessions, engagement, traffic channels and conversion event counts for the configured property.
- Google Drive and Sheets: files and folders created by the application or otherwise made available to it under the per-file
drive.filepermission. This includes application-generated CSV, XLSX and Google Sheets reports and their file metadata.
The application does not request permission to change Search Console or Analytics settings and does not request unrestricted access to all files in Google Drive.
3. How Google data is used
Google data is used only to provide and maintain the reporting features requested by the business, including:
- displaying website search, indexing and analytics information in authenticated HQ dashboards;
- producing SEO, indexing, performance and analytics reports;
- creating, updating or replacing application-generated reports in Google Drive;
- checking connection health, refreshing authorised access and diagnosing failed reports; and
- confirming that the expected business Google account is connected.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used to build advertising profiles, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. Storage and retention
- OAuth access and refresh credentials, token expiry details and the connected account email are stored in the application's restricted database while the integration is connected.
- Cached reporting and URL inspection results, report metadata and connection diagnostics may be stored in the application's restricted database so dashboards and scheduled reports can operate reliably.
- Generated reports are stored in the connected Google Drive account. Some workflows replace or delete an earlier application-generated file with the same name. Other historical report files remain until an authorised user or an application workflow deletes them.
The application does not currently apply one fixed automatic deletion period to every cached result, diagnostic record or generated report. Data is kept only for the internal reporting and operational purposes described above. A request to remove retained application data can be made using the contact details below.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Access is limited to:
- authorised Perth Priority Removals administrators and operational recipients who receive configured business reports;
- Google services when required to retrieve authorised data or store an application-generated report;
- infrastructure and service providers that host, secure or deliver the application, acting only as needed to provide those services; and
- authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Google user data is not transferred to data brokers, advertising platforms or unrelated third parties.
6. Security safeguards
The application uses HTTPS in transit, authenticated administrator access, restricted server-side storage and access controls intended to prevent unauthorised access. OAuth credentials are handled on the server and are not displayed in reports or public pages. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so access is monitored and credentials can be revoked if a concern arises.
7. Disconnecting, revoking access and deletion requests
- An authorised administrator can use Disconnect in the private HQ SEO dashboard. This removes the stored Google OAuth token record from the application database.
- A Google account holder can revoke the application's access at any time from Google Account third-party connections.
- Disconnecting or revoking access does not automatically delete reports already created in Google Drive. Those files can be deleted in Google Drive or through an applicable application workflow.
- To request deletion of cached Google data or associated operational records held by the application, email perthpriorityremovals@gmail.com. We will assess the request, remove data that is no longer required and explain if any record must be retained for security or legal reasons.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
Perth Priority Removals Reporting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated if the application's Google permissions or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
Questions, access requests or deletion requests can be sent to perthpriorityremovals@gmail.com or made by phone on 0449 987 350.
